Important Information for Delivery

Service Areas
Once again this year, delivery service will be available in Greater Montreal, Laval, and the South Shore of Montreal.

Do I need to be present during the delivery?
Preferably, yes. However, if no one is present on the delivery day you selected, we will be obliged to leave the tree unattended, and it will no longer be the responsibility of Sapin Chez Michel. Before your tree arrives, an email will be sent to you (check your spam folder) and a text message will also be sent to your phone a few hours before delivery.

What can I do to make the job easier for your “woods deliverers”?
If you would like help with the installation, our “woods deliverers” ask that you simply prepare the tree stand before they arrive with your beautiful freshly cut tree. This will not only speed up the entire process but is also vital for the preservation of your tree and to ensure its freshness.

If your tree will not be set up within a few hours after delivery, we recommend recutting the end of the tree trunk.
