Where do you deliver?
We offer Christmas tree delivery throughout Montreal, Laval, and Terrebonne! For corporate and municipal contracts or fundraising campaigns, we can also accommodate deliveries to additional areas upon request.

How do I choose my delivery date?
It's simple! Just select your preferred delivery date from the available options at the bottom of your cart before proceeding to checkout.
When will I know my approximate delivery time?
You'll receive your estimated delivery window the evening before your scheduled delivery. Since we accept orders until 2 p.m. the day before delivery, we finalize our delivery schedule each evening.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not at all! If you're not home, we'll simply leave your Christmas tree by your front door. However, if you'd like to take advantage of our free installation service, you'll need to be present when we arrive.
Can you install my Christmas tree inside my home?
Absolutely! Our installation service is completely free. Simply ask your delivery driver, and they'll be happy to set up your Christmas tree in its stand.
Can I change my delivery date after placing my order?
Of course! You can change your delivery date at any time, even on the day of delivery, at no additional charge.

Can I get my Christmas tree delivered the same day?
Absolutely! Starting the second week of December, same-day delivery is available depending on availability.

Where are your trees from?
Our Christmas trees come from Quebec’s Eastern Townships: our Lasiocarpa firs from North Hatley, and our Fraser and Balsam firs from Lac-Mégantic. They’ve been grown by our family for decades. 🎄
What's the difference between Fraser Fir, Balsam Fir, and Lazio?
Each variety has its own unique charm!
- Fraser Fir: Known for its full shape, sturdy branches, and excellent needle retention.
- Balsam Fir: The traditional Quebec Christmas tree! Loved for its classic Christmas fragrance and natural appearance.
- Lazio: An elegant tree with beautiful silvery-blue foliage, soft needles, and a delicate fragrance.

How do I choose the right Christmas tree size?
Measure your ceiling height and leave approximately 12 inches (30 cm) between the top of your tree and the ceiling, keeping your tree topper in mind!
Don't forget to consider the available floor space to ensure your Christmas tree fits perfectly in your home.
Will my Christmas tree look like the pictures on your website?
Absolutely! Our photos accurately represent the Christmas tree varieties we offer.
However, every tree is unique and may have slight differences in shape and fullness. Rest assured that we carefully select our trees to provide you with a beautiful, high-quality Christmas tree!
How do you select your Christmas trees?
We grow our own Christmas trees and follow a rigorous double-selection process.
Our first selection takes place directly at the plantation, followed by a second inspection before delivery. Every tree is carefully examined to ensure you receive a beautiful, full, high-quality Christmas tree worthy of your holiday celebrations!
Are your Christmas trees freshly cut?
Absolutely! Our Christmas trees are freshly harvested and carefully stored to preserve their freshness.
We also make a fresh cut at the base of the trunk before every delivery to encourage water absorption and help your tree stay beautiful for longer.
How long will a natural Christmas tree stay fresh?
It depends on the variety and how well you care for it!
Fraser Fir and Lasiocarpa are particularly known for their excellent needle retention, while Balsam Fir requires a little extra attention.
With regular watering and proper placement away from heat sources, your Christmas tree can stay beautiful for several weeks!
How do I order my Christmas tree online?
It's easy! Choose your preferred Christmas tree variety, select your desired size, and add it to your cart.

We can deliver it the same day, depending on availability, or on a date of your choice!
Can you help me secure my Christmas tree to my car?

How do I take care of my natural Christmas tree?
To keep your Christmas tree fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, make sure its stand always contains enough water.
Keep it away from heat sources and check the water level daily. A well-hydrated Christmas tree can maintain its beauty for several weeks!
Do I need to cut the base of my Christmas tree before installing it?
Not if you're using our delivery service!
We make a fresh cut at the base of the trunk before every delivery to encourage water absorption.
If you wait more than 12 hours before installing your tree, we recommend making another fresh cut of approximately 2 cm (¾ inch).
How much water does my Christmas tree need?
Your Christmas tree gets thirsty, especially during the first few days!
Check its water level daily and make sure the base of the trunk remains submerged at all times. A large Christmas tree can absorb several litres of water per day.
There's no need to add sugar or other products. Fresh water is all your tree needs!
Why is my Christmas tree losing its needles?
It's perfectly normal for a Christmas tree to lose a few needles, particularly those located on its inner branches.
However, excessive needle loss may be caused by insufficient watering, high indoor temperatures, or the natural characteristics of your chosen variety.
Where should I place my Christmas tree inside my home?
Choose a cool location away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators and fireplaces.
Finding the right spot will help your Christmas tree maintain its freshness and retain its needles for longer!
How should I store my Christmas tree if I'm not ready to install it?
Keep your Christmas tree outdoors in a cool, shaded location, protected from direct sunlight and wind.
Ideally, place the base of the trunk in a container filled with water. When you're ready to bring your tree inside, make another fresh cut at the base if necessary.
How do I dispose of my Christmas tree after the holidays?

Most municipalities in Greater Montreal organize special Christmas tree collections after the holidays to recycle natural trees.
Simply remove all decorations, lights, and the tree stand, then check your municipality's collection schedule.
Do you provide Christmas trees for businesses and events?

It's simple! We partner with schools, community organizations, and associations to organize hassle-free fundraising campaigns.
From November 15 to December 23, your supporters can purchase their Christmas trees online or visit our Christmas Tree Village at Jean-Talon Market.
For every tree sold through your campaign, a fixed amount is donated to your organization. We take care of everything!
