Sapin Chez Michel offers delivery throughout Greater Montreal, including Montreal, Laval and several surrounding municipalities.

We generally send an estimated delivery window by email and text message the day before delivery, followed by a reminder a few hours before arrival.

If nobody is present at the delivery address, the tree may be left in a reasonably accessible and suitable location.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and instructions that allow safe delivery.
Complimentary installation may be available upon request when the customer is present at delivery, subject to service conditions.
Important: Proper care after receiving your tree is essential to maintaining its freshness. Applicable legal warranties remain in effect.
Christmas trees are natural products. Their shape, density, colour, fragrance and branch arrangement may vary from one tree to another.
Photographs on our website illustrate the general characteristics of our products. They do not guarantee that every tree will be identical to the one pictured.
We carefully select our trees to meet the advertised characteristics and our quality standards.
Natural variations do not exclude applicable legal warranties concerning product quality and conformity.
Due to the perishable nature of Christmas trees, sales are generally final after delivery or pickup, subject to rights provided by law.
If your tree shows unusual drying or a quality issue despite proper care, please contact us promptly.
